Services:

• As a production and post-production company, AC Media & Film Ltd offers high quality services including but not limited to promotional filming, music videos, fictional and factual filming, video and image editing, title graphics, and events filming.

• All services will be produced at an agreed upon location, to be confirmed prior to filming, with a minimum of two AC crew members; unless otherwise specifically requested, with reason, by the client or it is decided as unnecessary by AC Media & Film Ltd.

​

• Filming dates will be decided at least a week in advance for weekends, and two weeks in advance for week days. Exceptions can be made depending on the project and client, and AC Media & Film Ltd will work with the client to ensure an appropriate final production is created. 

​

• Video editing and all other post-production services will be completed on professional editing software, including but not limited to Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects.

​

• All final products may be used as part of AC Media & Film's showreel content and on the Our Work section of the company's official website, unless a request is submitted to the AC team in writing. 
   

Proposals:

Once AC Media and Film has received information about the the type of project a client wants to create and what sort of results they would like to achieve, a proposal document will be created detailing what will be involved in making the project including but not limited to a rough timescale of creating the project from start to finish, the equipment that will be used, the content of the project and the final price for the completed project.

Pricing:

After a proposal has been sent and the client has read said proposal and is confirmed to move forward with the project using AC Media and Film's services, a contract will be sent over to the client and must be read and signed by the client before AC Media and Film can begin working on the project for the client.

The contract is designed to protect both the client and AC Media and Film Ltd. while also confirming the client's decision to use AC Media and Film's services. 

​

The contract will also detail information that was given through the proposal sent to the client about the project and will also feature a deposit amount that will need to be placed by the client.

​

People Per Hour:

Pricing: 

AC Media and Film Ltd offers several pricing options. These include a Half Day Rate, Full Day Rate and and an Hourly rate which is set exclusively for post production services. Prices can also be modified to include any additional add on services requested including but not limited to extra equipment and additional production services requested.

​

VAT:

• All rates, including but not limited to hourly and daily rate, exclude VAT. 

• A VAT of 20% will be included in each quote to the client, and will also appear on the invoice. 

​

Hourly Rate:

• AC Media & Film offers an hourly rate of £50 per hour for post production services, including but not limited to video editing, text, visual graphics, basic animation and audio editing.​

​

• This hourly rate will also apply to any additional amendments requested by the client and all future drafts after initial draft feedback given by the client.​​

​

Half Day Rate:

• AC Media & Film Ltd offers a half day rate of £349 for production services.

​

• This rate includes 4 hours of production, set up of equipment and appropriate camera, lighting and sound equipment.

​

• Any day rates including Half Day and Full Day rates are not available for editing services, which would remain on an hourly rate.

​

• Photography services are also available on a half day rate and include up to 4 hours of production as well as set up of appropriate equipment.

​

Full Day Rate:

• If, for any reason, a shoot takes longer than 4 hours, production will then full under the Full Day rate charge, which is priced at £499. 
   

• A Full Day rate covers productions that take between 4 to 9 hours, this includes but is not limited to set up of equipment, filming production, audio recordings and photography services.

​

Payments:

• For daily rate filming projects, a deposit will be taken prior to production. This deposit is refundable if for any reason production is cancelled no later than 72 hours before the time and date production is due to commence. However the deposit will be non-refundable if production is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the production time and date. ​
   

• Once a project has been completed, AC Media and Film will supply the client with an invoice that will feature the remaining amount to pay for the project. 
   

• AC Media and Film offers two different methods of payment for our clients; clients can pay in full the remaining amount through our standard invoice system, or clients can pay using our finance system in which clients can pay the remaining amount in monthly instalments.

​

Delivery:

• An appropriate method of delivery for the final product will be agreed upon prior to the beginning of the project.

​

• Any changes to the delivery of the final product can be made at any time, though 48 hours notice is preferred in case of lengthy reformatting.

​

Timeline:

• A timeline for the production and post-production of each project will be determined during project planning, but may be subject to change at any time by AC Media &Film Ltd or the client.

​

Cancellation of Project:

• If, for whatever reason, the client chooses to cancel the project, and subsequently their contract with AC Media & Film Ltd, payment must be made for any work already produced by AC Media & Film Ltd.

• Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the company's direct email address, info@acfilm.co.uk

​

• The company's right to use existing footage or work in showreel content will not be forfeited upon cancellation, from either party.
